My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were damp and filled with black mold, emitting a strong musty odor, which was quite unpleasant. However, I have to admit they were clean, so that was a relief overall. The service was lacking a bit in terms of attitude initially, but once I engaged with the staff, they were friendly and very helpful. The location was fantastic, close to the heart of Hanoi's old quarter and within easy reach of major tourist spots. The dining offerings were minimal, but the Wifi connection was reliable. As for the facilities, they were average, but for the price and location, it was acceptable.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was superb, within walking distance of the Old Quarter and a couple of minutes from Hotel Hoan Kiem lake. However, the rooms were not up to standard, with mold, a musty smell, and noise issues. The service was a mix of helpfulness and unmet promises, and the dining experience varied from terrible to lovely. Despite some shortcomings, the value for money was decent considering the prime location.
My stay at the hotel was simply amazing! The room on the 6th floor didn't have working Wi-Fi initially, and we received only 2 towels and 2 complimentary water bottles for 3 people, which wasn't ideal. However, the overall experience turned out great as the room was perfect and clean, featuring a big bed, air conditioning, television, kettle, and hairdryer.
